The system operates without the need for compressors, which eliminates additional energy and oil consumption, offering a quiet and cost-effective solution for continuous use.

Thanks to the speed adjustment control, a wide range of product sizes—up to 135×140 mm—can be formed using a single mold. Depending on the model, production of up to 5040 units per hour is possible, ensuring high output with consistent shape and weight.

The machines are built with 304-grade stainless steel for the body, hopper, and conveyor, while the conveyor belts are made from antibacterial polyethylene. This ensures both durability and hygiene in food contact areas.

Additional features include:
